Black Walls

So the weather hasn't changed all day, still raining and in fact, we're getting thunderstorms for the next 2 days. I've always loved dark rooms with a masculine feel that have a strong contrasts, like white trim, light bedding or bright cushions. Just makes me feel cozy. I've always been drawn to that and with this kind of weather it's making me crave a dark warm cave to curl up in. It's making me want to go and re-paint my bedroom and nest in it.

I wonder why when it starts to get cold and dark out I feel cozier in a dark room? Anyone else like that?
